For returns when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, please note our Cancellation policy.

chair products:
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

The direct cost of returning the goods from Switzerland to Germany (if you do it yourself) is estimated at a maximum of CHF 149 for DHL Express shipping

. You have the option to have Aeris pick up your return.

In case of return of the chair products via Aeris in the original packaging will incur a charge of 59 CHF.

Please note: For Aeris Swopper and Aeris 3Dee products, once the product is assembled, it cannot be disassembled again and therefore the original packaging cannot be used for the return. We will therefore send you special shipping boxes and charge a fee of 149 CHF for packaging and shipping including pickup.

Table products:

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please return the goods only in perfect, unassembled condition. We will not accept unassembled goods.

The direct costs of the return shipment (if you do it yourself) are estimated at a maximum of: 149 CHF

You have the option to have your return shipment picked up by Aeris . If you return the table products via DHL Express, you will have to pay the direct costs of the return shipment. Returning the table products via Aeris in the original packaging will incur a cost of 149 CHF.

Please note that this is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.


We will process your refund as soon as your return has been processed or your order has been cancelled.

Depending on the payment method you choose, it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be posted to your account after we receive your goods in our warehouse or your order has been cancelled.
