The design of our products is always developed in close consultation with our engineers. This is the only way to ensure that our patented technologies enhance the design language of the chair instead of disrupting it. We use high-performance materials that contribute to the functionality of the products.

All our products are assembled by hand in Germany and undergo careful quality checks. As a result, we not only guarantee consistently high quality, but are also able to respond quickly to specific customer requests and guarantee prompt delivery.

Quality and durability are our top priorities. However, should a problem occur, our products are designed so that almost all of them can be repaired. Our Aeris repair service is available to ensure that Aeris products can accompany the user for many decades.

We source our materials mainly from Germany, particularly near Munich, and a smaller proportion from neighboring countries. Short delivery routes ensure efficiency and environmental friendliness. Our products rely on recyclable and recycled materials to minimize the ecological footprint.

Environmental protection and sustainability are the focus of our agenda. In 2007, solar cells were installed during the construction of our production facility, and we have been steadily expanding them ever since. By 2024, we will generate more energy than we need for our own requirements. In addition, we built energy-efficient buildings in accordance with KFW standards, with measures such as thermal insulation and air heat pumps to significantly reduce energy requirements.

Most of the textiles used for Aeris products have the Ecolabel, as they have a lower impact on the environment than similar products. In addition, the wood we use comes from FSC-certified forests.
