Never just sit! 360° Relaunch at Aeris

Aeris reinvents itself. The relaunch includes both the brand identity and the product portfolio

The active seating furniture manufacturer for the office, home office and home area is repositioning itself. The relaunch includes both the brand identity and the product portfolio. The international rollout will start in June 2020.

The new brand identity will create a consistent, contemporary 360° brand experience across all channels. At the heart of the brand relaunch is the strengthening of the Aeris brand and the brand promise, which Aeris condenses into a new claim: "Never just sit." The new look also does justice to the extensive digital applications. The new brand strategy and positioning, including a new visual and verbal identity, was developed in recent months in collaboration with London-based agency Mortar Pestle Studio.

"Today, we cover much more than just the working world. With our products, we enable people to lead active, healthy lives by creating movement where you least expect it, but need it most - while sitting - and beyond the office. We're not just about a healthy back, but rather about an active lifestyle and a better quality of life. The 360° relaunch is a logical consequence of the strategic realignment of our brand. It is a very important aspect because it is visible and emotional. With this, we want to initiate a new chapter of success at Aeris," emphasizes Josef Glöckl, founder and CEO of Aeris GmbH.

Since Aeris was founded in 1996, the company has revolutionized the office world with the Aeris Swopper. Since 2018, Aeris has offered a new workplace concept with the Aeris Active Office product line, which brings natural movement to the office workplace like no other concept. The company's inclusion in the TOP 100 list of the most innovative companies in the German SME sector is testament to its potential, dynamism and unparalleled expertise.

Fresh wind also in the Aeris portfolio

As part of the 360° relaunch, Aeris has also visually modernized and expanded its product portfolio. Among other things, the classic Aeris Swopper active seat has been made "fit" for the new decade. For example, the office chair will be available in new, modern seat cover colors. Frame and spring colors as well as fabric selection have also been updated.

With the wide range of colors and fabrics and the various models, with castors or gliders or even with a backrest (if you wish, it is not necessary) etc., the new active seat can be individually designed and used very flexibly: from the office to the home office to start-ups where agile and creative work is done.

For the Aeris 3Dee, Aeris Muvman and Aeris Swopper products, there will also be consistency in the basic colors. This will enable various all-round harmonious combinations with the active seats.

Aeris is also launching the Aeris Muvman INDUSTRY and the Aeris Muvman INDUSTRY ESD. With both active-stand seats, Aeris is relying on the proven features of the Muvman active-stand seat, which was released in 2006, such as a multidimensional motion element in the footrest that allows the chair to adapt to the posture and movement of the user. These are expanded to include product features that meet the requirements of research and production operations in particular.
